Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may require to cancel the donation under unavoidable circumstances. Please read our cancellation policy before cancellation.

Cancellation of Donation:

Unfortunately, donations made cannot be canceled. However, cancellation might be possible under a few situations such as duplicate transactions or multiple debits due to technical issues. In such cases, you can mail us at the earliest with the transaction details. If we find the reasons to be genuine, we will process the cancellation. However, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of the donation if the transaction is already processed and completed.

Refunds:

As mentioned in the cancellation terms, only duplicate transactions might be considered for a refund. However, we cannot guarantee that the same will be refunded. You can forward a refund request with proper proof of duplicate transaction. Our team will go through the transaction histories and the attached proofs and may or may not process the refund post-verification.

Changes to the Policy:

We, Shri Mahaperiyava Anugraha Veda parampara Patasala (Trust), reserve the complete right to modify or update the cancellation and refund policy at any time without any prior notice. It is your sole responsibility to go through these policies from time to time for any updates or changes. Your continuous usage of our website post updates or modifications of the policies depicts that you have read, accepted, and agreed to the changes that are made.
